Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The strategy call and any reply to a message are complimentary. Our fee applies only if you engage us to buy, and it is a flat fee set by price bracket, stated in writing before you decide.
Which areas do you buy in?
We buy for clients Australia-wide, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We are licensed in NSW, VIC and QLD. Where we buy for you follows your strategy, not our postcode.
Are you mortgage brokers or financial advisers?
No. We are licensed buyer's agents. We will happily explain how lending or tax mechanics work in general terms, and we will send you to your own broker, accountant or adviser for anything that turns on your numbers.
How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same morning. Messages sent on a Friday afternoon are answered on Monday. If it is time-sensitive, ring 02 5022 5450.
