Get RARE was built in response to a clear gap in the market.

Too much property advice is designed to drive transactions, not improve outcomes.

It often starts with the property, not the investor. It rewards speed over sequencing, activity over clarity, and short-term momentum over long-term portfolio thinking. That leaves many capable investors making important decisions without a clear framework to guide them.

We created Get RARE to offer a different model. One built around independent advice, structured thinking, and better decision-making over time.

The aim is not to help clients buy more property for the sake of it. It is to help them make decisions that fit their position, reduce unnecessary risk, and support long-term wealth creation.

Get RARE began in 2019 with a clear idea: bring institutional portfolio thinking to private property investors in a way that is practical, independent, and aligned with long-term outcomes.

Since then, the business has grown from a founder-led advisory practice into a structured strategic buyer’s agency supporting clients across multiple states.

Expanded national operations and began the partnership with So They Can

Leadership and team structure

Get RARE is led by Rasti Vaibhav, Founder and Principal, and Rupali Rastogi, Director of Acquisition.

Together, they bring institutional finance, strategic portfolio thinking, acquisition discipline, and lived investing experience to the firm’s work.

Rasti leads portfolio strategy and capital allocation thinking across the business. Rupali leads acquisition governance and execution, ensuring sourcing, negotiation, and transaction support remain aligned with the client’s broader strategy.

Beyond the leadership team, Get RARE is supported by acquisition specialists, research analysts, and transaction coordinators across multiple states.

This structure allows the firm to combine strategic advice with disciplined execution while maintaining consistency, independence, and ongoing oversight across the client journey.

Independence is not a marketing claim at Get RARE. It is a structural choice. We are not paid by developers, builders, or project marketers. We do not receive commissions from sales agents. We are not incentivised by transaction volume.
