Rasti leads portfolio strategy, capital allocation oversight, and long-term sequencing across the firm.

Before founding Get RARE in 2019, he served as a Quantitative Fund Manager at Westpac and AMP Capital, managing multi-billion-dollar institutional portfolios and overseeing assets exceeding $2 billion.

Background & Expertise: His multidisciplinary background spans: • Architecture (spatial thinking and design logic) • Data Science (quantitative analysis and modelling) • Institutional Finance (risk management and portfolio construction)

Rasti's Role (Strategy)

Rupali's Role (Execution)
When the time is right, we handle sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation without developer ties, stock incentives, or volume targets. Independence means we can say no to opportunities that don't fit.

If execution reveals a better opportunity, strategy adjusts.
