To help you answer this, perhaps, define an ideal day in future, say 10th Feb 2030, and visualise it in detail. May be starting from the moment when you open your eyes in the bed. The more colour you add to it, the more clarity you would have on your own aspiration.
Define your ideal YOU, and then introspect where you are today.
Are you on track to reach there? If not, then recognise the gaps between “you now” and “ideal YOU”, appreciate them, and then plan to bridge them.
Work backwards from where you want to be and give yourself a decent chance to reach there. Accordingly, have milestones on the way as you articulate SMART goals.
