The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role within the sales team by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments for the Advisers. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospects and set up meetings that will allow our experts to provide tailored investment advice and solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calls: using various tools and resources (internal database of warm leads) to identify potential clients who could benefit from our investment advisory services.
Initiate Contact: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings between potential clients and our Advisers, ensuring a smooth handover.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the CRM system regularly.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture relationships and secure appointments.

About You:

At least two years' experience in an Appointment Setting role or relevant sales and / or property experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You genuinely love connecting with people and supporting them on a journey.
A hard worker but understand the importance of fun and enjoyment in your work environment.
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference.
